SHIPPING & RETURNS

Shipping Policy

To ensure that your package is properly delivered and that you receive your package as soon as possible please make sure your address is correctly entered and includes all relevant and/or required information. The use of correct abbreviations, street numbers, building or apartment numbers, and route information (if applicable) are critical to ensure timely delivery. We do not take responsibility for lost, stolen, misplaced, or incorrectly delivered shipments. All packages are shipped using priority mail and come with a tracking number. Again it is your responsibility to ensure the information provided is correctly entered at the time of purchase. If your package shows delivered by the USPS and your item(s) was lost, misplaced or stolen you will need to contact USPS to confirm delivery and/or file a claim.

We will ship to PO Boxes via USPS. However, expedited shipping is not available to a PO Box. Other carrier options are available and we reserve the right to change carriers at any time.

Processing Time

All orders are subject to processing time that is separate and apart from the time it takes for a shipment to reach its destination. Depending on a number of factors, standard domestic orders may take up to 2 business days (excluding Saturdays, Sundays, and Holidays) to process. 

After your payment is authorized and verified, standard orders can still take 2 business days to process. This is just an estimate and doesn't include weekends or holidays. Delivery times will vary based on location and shipping method selected at checkout.

Return & Exchange Policy

We do not offer money back refunds on any purchases. Due to the unique ordering process and sizing chart provided all sales are final. 

If there is a manufacturer defect of the item(s) you are allowed 5 business days from the confirmed delivery date to request an exchange of the defective item(s). Please make sure to check your item(s) upon receiving them. We will not accept any exchanges past the 5 business day mark.

Items must be returned with the original packaging and in original condition. Any items returned to us without the original packaging and/or in bad condition, will be refused and returned to the sender. We do not accept items in worn or used conditions. Any indications which show signs of usage (ie: perfume smell, deodorant marks, visible stains) will be refused and sent back to the sender. No exceptions will be made.

Before returning a package back to us for any reason, please email us at bxsiuri@gmail.com with your order number and a description of the manufacturer defect. Please also include a picture of the defect. Please allow 24-48 Hours for a response about your defect. We reserve the right to reject a request if we deem the item(s) is/are not a manufacturer defect. Once your request is approved instructions will be sent on how to return the merchandise back to us for inspection. You will be responsible for the return shipping. After we have received and approved your item is defective we will ship out a replacement if the item is still in stock. In the event the item is not available, a store credit will be issued. Ordering the wrong size is not a manufacturer defect.
